From hands-on engineer to department head — I've owned the whole arc of software delivery. Code, architecture, budgets, and the people who ship it.

I started as a full-stack engineer shipping web & mobile products, and grew into owning departmental P&L, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and the delivery of large-scale banking programs.

Today I lead the IT organisation end-to-end — recruitment, mentoring and performance management on the people side, microservices, DevOps and architecture governance on the technical side — all under strict Bank Indonesia & OJK compliance.

I stay hands-on. Delivery roadmap in the morning, Kubernetes pipeline in the afternoon.
